When you contact TrustFit Interiors, the details you share help us understand your renovation and respond to your enquiry.

Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, project postcode, renovation type, and a description. Phone number, budget and preferred start date are optional.

The form prepares an enquiry on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose email or WhatsApp and send the message in that service.

If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, that service also processes your message according to its own privacy terms.

Cookies and browser storage

With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and contact-link clicks, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us improve the website. These tools load only after you accept optional cookies, once configured. They can process device, browser and interaction information and use cookies to distinguish visits. Advertising consent remains disabled. We also remember your colour theme only after acceptance. If you decline, these tools stay off and your theme applies only to the current page.

We remember your Accept or Decline choice for up to 180 days using a separate browser-storage entry so we can respect your decision. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Declining stops our analytics tools and removes their accessible first-party cookies and your saved theme. It does not delete data previously collected by the providers. Clearing your browser storage also clears your choice.

Enquiry details are not saved in browser storage. The 360° viewer, fonts, and images are served with the website. Email and WhatsApp open only when you choose those contact options; their own privacy terms apply.

We mask the enquiry form in Clarity. Our custom Analytics events contain only the contact method (phone, email or WhatsApp), never the contents of your enquiry. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for their data practices.

Hosted preview cookies

The hosted preview also sets cookies managed by the hosting provider. These are separate from our optional analytics and theme preferences and are not controlled by the Accept and Decline buttons. Cloudflare cookies support bot protection and access checks; the hosting platform also sets its own visitor cookie.
